Vegan Pancakes (freedom 🇺🇸 units)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 tblsp. of sugar
- 1/2 teasp. of salt
- 1 tblsp. of baking powder
- 5 tblsp. of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of non-dairy milk (e.g. Oatly Barista edition)
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (optional)
Recipe
- Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredient, whisk until smooth, let rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake in non-stick pan. If desired, add blueberries before first flipping.
