Vegan Pancakes
Vegan Pancakes, served with maple syrup. Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- 2 tblsp. of sugar
- 1/2 teasp. of salt
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- 1/2 package of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml of non-dairy milk (e.g. Oatly Barista edition)
- 100 g blueberries (optional)
Vegan Pancakes, served with maple syrup. Recipe
- Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredient, whisk until smooth, let rest for 10 minutes.
- Bake in non-stick pan. If desired, add blueberries before first flipping.
