Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 2 tblsp. of sugar
  • 1/2 teasp. of salt
  • 1/2 package of baking powder
  • 1/2 package of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml of non-dairy milk (e.g. Oatly Barista edition)
  • 100 g blueberries (optional)

Recipe

  • Combine dry ingredients, add wet ingredient, whisk until smooth, let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Bake in non-stick pan. If desired, add blueberries before first flipping.
